The requirements for accessing the service are:

• Be an institution affiliated with RedIRIS
• Have identified the connectivity service manager for the institution: The RCP (RedIRIS Contact Person) will provide the contact details of the person who will manage and coordinate this service at the institution.
• Read and accept the connection management policy.
• Have a range of IP addresses. This range may belong to the institution, in which case it must be of the PI (Provider Independent) type. If the institution does not have its own addressing system, it can request an IPv4 and/or IPv6 range from RedIRIS.
