Deprecation of Legacy ACME EAB

Dear TCS members,

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and provide a more flexible and self-managed experience, we are proceeding with the deprecation of the legacy ACME EAB method and transitioning to a new, portal-based approach.

that was previously provided to you by HARICA will be deprecated on March 30, 2026. For this reason, we recommend that you proceed with the transition to the new functionality available through our portal at cm.harica.gr since June 2025, which offers greater flexibility and autonomy to organizations.

Through the portal, you can now easily create and manage ACME EAB accounts according to your organization’s needs:

• Enterprise ACME EAB Accounts: Created by Enterprise Admins and can be shared with users within the organization.
• Personal ACME EAB Accounts: Can be created directly by users, provided that this capability has first been enabled by the Enterprise Admins through the organization’s settings.

Please note that, at this time, the creation of ACME endpoints through the portal is supported only for domains. For ACME usage with IP addresses, please contact our support team at support-tcs@harica.gr so that we can provide you with the necessary information.

We recommend that you proceed with the required actions in a timely manner to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of your services.
